Traffic & Parking Impacts
No Parking enforcement and street closures for the event will begin on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at select locations, with full closures taking effect on February 22nd, 2026.
The Parade runs along Broadway between 14th St and Grand Ave with staging and dispersal areas on either end.
The Festival is between Broadway and Harrison St and 19th St and Grand Ave.
